BREATHING AIR TESTING
We can offer air quality testing to BS EN12021 using our F4000 air tester.

HSE recommend that low pressure systems are tested at a frequency of at least every three months, and more often when the quality of air cannot be assured to these levels.

INSTALLATIONS
We primarily use Eqo Fliuds pipework systems when completing installations.
​
The EQO Fluids range comprises of push fit alluminium fittings and colour coded, powder coated alluminium tube 6 metre lengths. It is a true push fit system with seals and stainless steel grab rings; its smooth bore once assembled ensures extremely large air flows.

DATA LOGGING
We can offer data logging for upto 10 compressors using the ALMiG Data Logger.
​
By logging the compressors amps and the pressure variants over 1 week we can provide a comprehensive data logging report that will tell you your total air consumption and power usage.
​
This data can then be mapped and compared to alternative energy saving compressors giving you a calculated power saving.
